Sound familiar?

Dental admin work is eating your practice.

If any of these are happening, Denterra was built for you.

Verifications are eating your front desk's day.

Your team is chasing carrier portals instead of greeting patients and building relationships. Production suffers.

Claims sit in the queue for weeks.

A/R keeps creeping up. Rejections pile up. Nobody has time to actually work the aging report.

Local hiring is slow and expensive.

Months to fill a seat, and the pool keeps shrinking. Meanwhile the workload isn't slowing down.

Burnout in the admin seat.

Good office managers are quitting because they're drowning. Turnover compounds the problem.

Revenue leaking through missed codes.

Without real dental billing expertise, money slips through the cracks every single month.

You've tried VAs. It didn't stick.

Generic virtual assistants don't know dental. Denterra team members do — because we trained them to.

Vetted & verified, always

Scaling with Denterra

A process built for lasting results, not just a quick placement.

Six steps. Every candidate. Every practice.

1

We find and verify the right people.

We recruit internationally for people who already have dental admin experience, then verify their core skills against what your practice needs. Character matters as much as credentials.

2

We prep them for your world.

Before any introduction, we prepare every candidate for U.S. dental office norms, communication expectations, and remote-work protocols — so the transition is smooth from day one.

3

We learn your practice — deeply.

A dedicated discovery session to understand your long-term goals, RCM workflows, software stack, and how you want to build your team over time.

4

We match and you choose.

We present your best-fit candidate options. You interview the ones you want and make the final call. No pressure, no surprises.

5

We integrate — technically and culturally.

Phone lines, practice management access, secure comms. Plus a proven process for helping dental offices build real connection with their international team members.

6

We stay in it with you.

Ongoing KPI tracking, performance management, and development support. A long-term partnership, not a one-time transaction.

FAQ

Questions practice owners ask us.

How long until someone is working in my practice?
Most practices have a team member seated and trained within 2–3 weeks from discovery call. For urgent seats, we can accelerate to 7–10 days.
Are they employees or contractors?
Denterra team members are international contractors fully managed by us. You get a long-term team member without the W-2 overhead, payroll tax burden, or HR complexity. We handle pay, benefits, equipment, and performance management on our side.
Which practice management systems do you support?
Every Denterra team member is introduced to Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental, and typically has more extensive experience with at least one. They also work across most major U.S. carrier portals.
Is this HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. Every team member completes our HIPAA training and certification before placement. We use secure workstation tooling, role-based access controls, and BAAs are signed with every practice partner before a team member starts.
What happens if the fit isn't right?
We re-match at no additional cost. Our integration process is built to catch fit issues in the first 30 days — and we stay in it with you well past that, with consistent monthly check-ins to make sure things keep moving in the right direction.
How is pricing structured?
Flat per-hour pricing — $16/hour for full-time — tied to the role. No placement fees, no surprise overages. We'll walk you through the exact numbers on your discovery call.
