The honest comparison

A U.S. hire costs roughly 2× more — once you count everything.

Most practices compare the hourly rate and stop there. The real number is what an in-office hire actually costs once you add benefits, payroll tax, PTO, recruiting, training, and overhead.

U.S. figures are conservative national averages for a dental Insurance Verification team member. Your local market may run higher — especially in CA, NY, MA, and major metros.

The real reason practices stay

It's not the price. It's the commitment.

Practices come to us for the math. They stay for what happens after. Our team members are genuinely grateful for the opportunity — and they show it with a loyalty most offices have never seen. That changes everything: you can invest in someone, teach them new skills, hand off real responsibility, and set expectations they actually follow through on. You stop rehiring every year and start building someone for the long haul.

  • 2–3× local pay in their home country
  • Clear career path: team member → senior → team lead
  • We manage performance — you don't have to fire anyone
  • Mentorship and peer community baked into the role
They stay.
Retention levels the dental-admin world rarely sees. When someone builds a real career with you, leaving stops being the default — and you finally get to invest in a team member for the long haul.
Pricing FAQ

What practices ask us.

Is $15 the only cost?
Yes. $15/hour all-in covers the team member's pay, our recruiting and skill verification, their equipment and secure workstation tools, payroll/tax handling on our side, and ongoing performance management. No placement fees. No setup fees. No surprise overages.
Do you offer part-time?
No — we place full-time only. We've found part-time doesn't give a practice enough room to truly involve someone in the culture or help them build a real career with you. Full-time is what makes the long-term investment, and the loyalty that comes with it, actually work.
How is billing handled?
You pay for the first two weeks up front when you get started. After that, every two weeks we run a standard ACH charge for the previous two weeks your team member worked. No placement fees, no long-term contract.
What happens if the fit isn't right?
We re-match at no additional cost. Our integration process is built to catch fit issues in the first 30 days — and we stay close past that.
What if I want to build a larger team?
If you're planning to build a team of more than three people, we can work on some potential special pricing. Bring it up on your discovery call.
